2025 John Cary Scholarship TEACHER Nomination

Please complete all the items on the nomination application for your selected student to be considered for a scholarship. All components of the application must be complete to be eligible for review.

• Complete the John Cary Scholarship Application by the given deadline to submit.
• Submit letter of recommendation. The letter should be from the student’s SSD teacher and should reflect the student’s determination to succeed, how they've achieved success beyond expectations, and should provide specific examples of each.

Once the student and teacher applications are complete and submitted, an SEF committee will review and those selected will be notified. The Special Education Foundation’s John Cary Scholarships can be used for tuition only. The scholarship must be used during the upcoming school year.
