2027-2028 Fred Saigh Leadership Academy Application

Please complete all information on the application form to be considered for the 2027-2028 Academy.  Students selected are those who demonstrate leadership potential through academics, school activities, volunteer work, and community involvement. 

The student/family will complete the application, but an SSD teacher's Letter of Nomination must be uploaded to the application for consideration. The criteria for the letter are included on the application.

Submittable Information

• You will need to create a free Submittable account or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials to submit to these forms. Applications submitted for students 16 years of age or younger MUST have the account created by a parent/legal guardian.  
• You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date.
• If anything changes with the information you submitted, please request to edit the submission
