2025-2026 Fred Saigh Leadership Academy STUDENT Application

Please complete all information on the application form for the student to be considered for the 2025-2026 Academy. Students selected are those who demonstrate leadership potential through academics, school activities, volunteer work and community involvement. Students selected are bound for college or technological school.

The form will accompany the Teacher Nomination application. Both applications will need to be submitted in order to be reviewed for consideration.

Submittable Information

• You will need to create a free Submittable account or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials to submit to these forms. Applications submitted for students 16 years of age or younger MUST have the account created by a parent/legal guardian.  
• You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date.
• If anything changes with the information you submitted, please request to edit the submission
